Music – Photography & Inspiration
Music can inspire anyone. It is one of my most favorite things ever! Whether as a musician, music teacher, director, choir member, concert goer, or part of a musical theatre ensemble or band of some type, I have been lucky to be constantly involved in music related activities for most of my life (read more about my experience here.) I enjoy being involved in behind-the-scenes type of music-related activities as well. These photos were my first attempt at some simple concert photography taken with my new DSLR. They feature artists from this year’s Rocky Knob Folky Fest this past April. You can read more about Rocky Knob in this post. Here is a few practice shots from Rocky Knob along with the artists’ info.

I would love to take more concert photography, and am hoping to try more soon! I think it would be fun to be a photographer for a bigger festival such as Uprise Fest. In the meantime I am hoping to take a live class, or another online course in photography. Also, practice makes perfect!
I am excited to share my next and last post for photography & inspiration month! See what it will be next week, or get a sneak peek by joining my Facebook Group for Balance & Blessings Lifestyle Blog!
Thank you for reading!

Even though I don’t have any concern regarding the music field, I do love listening to music.
I want to try and hear their music. It seems like an interesting to listen to.
I love music. It’s always a great inspiration or comfort.
