Ok, ok, so we finally were smacked with some sudden cooler weather in PA this past weekend! NOW I am closer to Fall mode! Time to finally put my summer decor away, and figure out how I want to decorate for Fall. If you are like me, you get about half way through the house, and then run out of ideas. Pinterest is a big help though, and I have been drooling over some really neat ideas I have seen from other blogs. For this post I requested the help of some amazing new blogging friends who all had fun, unique, and beautiful ideas for how to decorate different parts of the home for Fall. Click on the link below each photo for more pics and DIY instructions! Here is a roundup that includes some of my favorite ideas I found for each room and the outside too.
Living Room
I love this layout for a Fall Mantel and Living Room setup from the Frugal Homemaker! If you do not have a Fireplace, a long shelf would probably work with this nice mantel layout. See more of this, and her other living room ideas here.
Kitchen
I am a fan of some of the creative ways I have seen others decorate using a three-tier tray. This Autumn Coffee Bar put together by Yvonne from StoneGable Blog is a favorite! I love the simple Fall touches on each tier.
Dining Room
This Cute Wine Cork Pumpkin would make a nice centerpiece on a dining room table or serving buffet. You can try to make it yourself using these DIY instructions from My Gourmet Connection.
Home Office
Downloadable prints are a quick, easy way to decorate any wall in your home, and give yourself more motivation in your workspace. These Fall prints from Elegance and Enchantment might have convinced me to start decorating using more prints! You can actually purchase them in their Etsy shop!
Mason Jars can be a pretty way of storing pens and pencils, scissors, and other craft or office supplies. Mason Jars are all the rage in the crafting/decor world, so there are a ton of ideas out there on how to paint and decorate them. I really liked this unique DIY from Kastyles I came across that uses metallic spray paint in Fall-ish shades.
Bedroom
My bedroom really does not have any of the usual Fall colors, and never really gave a thought to decorate it for any of the Fall Holidays. To add some Fall colors while temporarily hiding non-fall colors, or to decor for a specific holiday, a tapestry like this might work! Happy almost Halloween!
Bathroom
I thought these Toilet Paper Pumkins by Kelly from Smart School House Blog were a great idea for the bathroom! I would probably sit them on a small tray on the back of the toilet. See her DIY instructions here. I could not find many ideas for bathroom decor, so there might be a post of my own about that soon!
Outside
These ideas from Little White House Blog seem very pleasant, and I am a fan of using white or off-white in pumpkin decor. These next two photos show some nice ways to decorate a front porch and steps. I think some of these would work out on our big back deck. See more outdoor Fall decor inspiration from Little White House Blog here!
Wreaths are popular this time of year through Christmas! I found a few favorites of these too while skimming through so many Fall decor ideas.
This DIY Mickey Fall Wreath from Wanderings and Wonderings Blog would make any Disney fan happy!
Special Mention to this DIY Witch Wreath tutorial featured on How to Make a Burlap Wreath.
Good luck in your Fall decorating and crafting!

Great ideas, Jillian! I just LOVE the toilet paper pumpkins. Looks pretty easy so I am going to do this one. I already have the cinnamon sticks!
Thank you! Planning to try that one for sure myself.
