As I mentioned in my about me section, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I love caring for people, and stick more to healthcare facilities though I do like to venture out to work in other settings. Part of the reason I started this blog was that I myself had been influenced by a blog a few years ago as I was trying to decide whether massage school was something I should enter or not. Just when I thought maybe it was not the thing for me, I came across a blog I could relate to so well, written by a girl who was once in my shoes with the same thoughts and questions, and had many things in common with me! I stayed up all night reading post after post she wrote back from when she made her decision to enter school through her graduation day and beyond! It encouraged me so much I consider it probably the most convincing thing that lead me to apply. This is just one example that has showed me personally how capable blogs are of informing and advising people, and how they can even influence important decisions as my own.
This year I celebrated 4 years since graduating Massage School, and have been slowly developing my own business as I also work for a Chiropractor. I bring my massage chair (and sometimes table) as a vendor to many events around PA and MD, and also visit clients in their homes and nursing homes. This blog will sometimes feature posts about massage and wellness, and my personal journey in this career. I am a big fan of fitness, wellness, alternative medicine, and healthy living products. I welcome any comments or questions you may have.
